Before we begin, MyKonsulta needs your permission to collect and process your health information for this pre-consultation.
What we collect: Name, age, sex, contact number, and health symptoms you describe
Why: To prepare a clinical summary for your attending physician before your consultation
Who sees it: Your assigned doctor at MyKonsulta only
AI processing: Your intake is processed by an AI system (Doc CARE, powered by Anthropic Claude) to generate the clinical summary. Anthropic processes this data under strict confidentiality.
Retention: Your data is kept for 5 years from date of consultation, then securely deleted, in compliance with DOH medical records standards.
